Do I need to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to product quality issues or wrong delivery, we will bear the return shipping costs. If you apply for a return for personal reasons (such as not liking the product, the size is not suitable, etc.), you may need to pay the return shipping costs at your own expense.

How can I return an item?

What if my return request is rejected?

Can I exchange the product after returning it?
